PS House

Villa: Athens, 2006. Un-built.

We were asked to make a study for the site. The client had just bought a vacant plot of land in Neo Psyshiko, Athens and wanted to build an 800 m sq villa. Their brief was a modern house with its own gym and pool. The slope of the site gave the opportunity to add a basement and remove the need for columns. The basement is therefore the height of the gym and swimming pool, which open to the garden at the rear. The living areas are therefore placed on the floor above, with internal courtyard and terracing. The bedrooms are arranged on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms and access to a terrace.
